Against this background, recruitment advertising is attracting attention. However, there are many aspects of this know-how that are not clear, and many people are worried about how to approach it. While she was studying at Nihon University, she became a stadium announcer (DJ) for a J League team and was involved in MC work. After working as a reception concierge at a medical institution, she changed her career to human resources at Skylark Group. She joined Phone Number List Marketing-Robotics Co., Ltd. in 2020 and is in charge of recruiting mid-career new graduates. She plans and executes recruitment PR strategies, and has gained over 6,000 followers on social media in six months. Her motto is "Yugezanmai". Rio Ozaki: Leader of the Management Promotion (Human Resources and Public Relations) Department at GIG Co., Ltd. In September 2017, she joined GIG as an account planner during its founding period.

She was involved in building Workship's sales team. She then worked as a career advisor and was in charge of interviewing freelancers. She changed her career to human resources/public relations in December 2019. In December 2020, she won the 1st place in the Wantedly trend ranking and the BEST100 overall award of Wantedly Best Teams 2020. She also contributed to recruitment promotions, including winning the in the Best Places to Work rankings sponsored by GPTW Japan. Currently, she is responsible for all aspects of human resources and recruitment/public relations strategies, from planning to execution.
